Great location
Busy street but it was a holiday, great location otherwise

I loved being able to see the ocean when I first woke up each morning. It was very convenient having a restaurant close by. We sawm in the little pool that was onsite and went to the little beach next door. The condo was well stocked with items to make our stay pleasant. The location was convenient for our daily adventures on the island.
Two minor things - We did not receive instructions on how to get into the condo and did not realize there was no onsite check-in till we arrived. We were able to reach someone by phone and get access. They were very helpful. There was no easy access to an electrical plug near the bed. Providing an extension cord from the outlet behind the dresser would be convenient. We were able to move it and hook up one of our own.

Awesome location (right next to small beach with nice boogie boarding and fine sand) sunset views, beautifully equipped and fully stocked kitchen. No personal contact with host but very responsive and helpful when needed.
The bed was a bit saggy and the sofa bed was not an adequate full bed, rather ok for two small kids (one end kept dropping).

Location
Window in bathroom should have a regular glass window. Over all condition of the studio was marginal. The studio needs a complete redo., Example, the floor is in need of repair. Asking guests to take out the trash is a bit much for a $300+ a night studio.
