Bethel Island hide away with boat dock access 300 yards from the Rusty Porthole restaurant and bar. Piper Point Marina next door for boat launching. Side tie to owners dock. Three story house with Elevator, Movie Theater, Pool Table, Two Fireplaces, Garage is converted to a Casino Theme Room.
Beautiful Views of Mt. Diablo from three of the bedrooms, serene Garden and Levee view from Theater and Middle Level as well as third floor looking over Frank's Tract water resort area.
Two complete kitchens and entertainment areas.
Master Suite and Theater each have Cal King split beds with separate Incline and Vibrating features (without requiring quarters)
Theater Gym has a Weight Machine and Tread Mill.
Barbeque on the Third Floor Deck with the sights and sounds of the Delta.

Wonderful Stay! We enjoyed it so much that I needed to write about it, so here’s what you will enjoy! This place is the perfect combination of Waterfront, Beautiful Wildlife, Convenience and access to restaurants, fast water, fishing, and swimming. We loved it. Great location on the water - next door to a launch ramp, boat storage, extra parking for our guests with their boat trailers and a short walk to the Rusty Porthole Restaurant and Bar. Russ, the owner, gave us much insight into various water adventures and even guided us to Brunch (by boat) at Windmill Cove. The house was very comfortable and with all the right features. We have friends nearby at Discovery Bay, which is very nice, but a bit busier. This place is so close to Dublin, we had our friends bring their jet skis up to play for the day. The Movie Theater on the lower level was a comfortable temperature even though it was 85 degrees outside. Each level has its own HVAC, but in the evening, we just opened the sliding doors on the front and back for a natural cool evening breeze.The top floor had a full Kitchen, a pool table, a King size massage bed, and even a European bidet! It's spacious deck with barbeque was perfect for enjoying the evening outdoors. Our guests used the spacious middle floor, which had three bedrooms (with Queen-size beds) a full kitchen and more. I wish we could have stayed longer - we only had time to watch one movie in the theatre and didn’t have to play in downstairs casino.
