Down the hallway, the newly remodeled bathroom incorporates plenty of space for all your items. Next to the bathroom are the washer and dryer that have been added for your convenience. Children under the age of 3 are not included in this limit. No amplified music outdoors at any time, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM are STRICTLY ENFORCED. SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT IN THE EVENT OF NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS. This property has exterior video security systems. There are no interior cameras. The exterior system is focused on the driveway and parking areas. It cannot be disabled. WEDDINGS: We do not have the ability to host weddings on the premises. There are many nearby venues that can do so, and we are happy to act as a “home base” while you host your event elsewhere.
