very basic room few draws, a bed, a wardrobe all you need really for one night
on suite was nice design, bed was comfy
payed extra for an on suite but was so small
you couldn’t fit 2 people in there, the area it was in was booky so be safe- outside the door on the streets there’s lots of bin bags. staff were completely offline i messaged 3 times and all messages were ignored! and no one to be seen on site. the tv doesn’t work and shows static lines-along with the wifi that doesn’t exist.

The room was nice, bedding was clean, I forgot to bring a converter but they had USB-connection so it worked out well. I got a room on the same floor as the bathroom so it qas easily reachable. Close to Whitechapel and Troxy which was the most important to me.
Both bathrooms need serious cleaning. The rooms are nice but the showers look like they haven’t been cleaned in months or at least weeks, I barely wanted to shower. The street is littered with trashbags, so it’s not a good look either. Do not expect hot water when you shower, it was okay but more lukewarm.

The location: It’s close to Whitechapel station, a big Sainsbury’s, corner shops and great Pakistani and Bangladeshi restaurants
I also liked the view from my top floor window.
First:The shower didn’t function properly. I had to shower cold so I couldn’t really enjoy good showers and felt unclean. Also the shower is super dirty with grease and discolouration as well as mildew and even black mold!!
Second: the room they gave us in an entirely different one than the one on the pictures!
Third: bed was shaky and they didn’t vacuum under the bed. One pillow had stains.
