Realmente es un chalet adosado con una terraza de entrada cubierta para aparcar el coche, un primera planta completa con un salón comedor enorme con un ventanal, cocina, baño y habitación con salida a la terraza y un segundo piso con una habitación grande.
El sofá es super grande y cómodo, la cocina tiene de todo, el baño disponía de los productos básicos de aseo, mesa para comer amplia y la habitación tiene armario y cómoda. La cama es cómoda y tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias lo cual ayuda mucho y se agradece.
Además dispone de smart tv de pantalla grande con acceso a plataformas.
Tiene dos piscinas enormes y limpias con socorrista y horario hasta lss 22h y están a 50m desde la terraza por un camino.
Se encuentra en una urbanización cerrada con acceso restringido y control en la entrada.
La verdad es que nos encantó y superó nuestras expectativas.
Lo único que no nos gustó es que en la terraza no había una mesa alta con sillas para poder desayunar o cenar. Hay una mesa bajita con sillones bajos que no pudimos utilizar para nada.
Fue una pena porque solemos darle mucho valor y uso a las terrazas y en este caso fue como no tenerla.
Por eso un 9 en vez de un 10.

Gran Alacant is perfect for vacation. It was the only place available in Gran Vista so I took it, however it was not listed as an AC apartment. So I was very positively suprised - they have Air Condition in every room ! The house is very clean with very nicely arranged interiors and full Netflix & WiFi access. The pool is perfect and its very close to the bus going to the beach.
The beach was crowded :) but you know - in August it is like that ...

The resort is located in a secure, guarded area, and the location itself is absolutely spectacular. The apartment was spacious, and I especially appreciated how peaceful and quiet it was - we slept with the windows open and woke up to birds singing in the morning. The owner was always in touch with us during our stay.
We could hear the neighbour's TV in the main room, but that didn't really bother us, as in the bedroom it was quiet. Also, there was a slight smell on the pillow case as if it was not washed properly, but overall, nothing too serious.

De accommodatie is goed uitgerust en ontbreekt aan niets wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt.
Volledig uitgeruste keuken, goed sanitair en grote smart tv en voldoende schoonmaak artikelen
De woning bevindt zich in de mooiste (en bewaakte) urbanisatie op Gran Alacant waar ik al vanaf 1994 graag kom. Schitterend aangelegd met kleine winkel, twee zeer mooie zwembaden, tennisbanen jeu de boules en een schitterend uitzicht over de baai van Alicante.
De tweepersoonsbedden van 120cm /140 cm zijn veel te smal voor volwassenen. Zeker omdat er geen airconditioning in de slaapkamers aanwezig is wat echt essentieel is als van mei tot eind september / medio oktober
Het terras is erg ongezellig zonder enige privacy
Er staat een zwak plastic bankje en twee plastic stoelen met een laag zwak tafeltje. Het ontbreekt aan een standaard tuintafel waardoor het niet mogelijk is om buiten te kunnen eten behalve met een bord op schoot. Dit is echt een gebrek aan deze accommodatie.
