Uninhabitable property with false advertising and an owner who has no respect for paying guests

absolutely nothing.

I need to document several serious issues with this accommodation that have made my stay completely unacceptable. Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit with the smell of smoke. The bedsheets were not only damp but reeked of mildew. When I asked about heating—bear in mind this is the middle of winter—the owner told me it was "connected to check-in" and to wait. What I discovered was that the heating barely works at all, and what little there is runs on a timer for just a few hours daily. The room has been freezing at night, and I've now come down with flu as a direct result of these conditions. Then, at 1am, the owner had the audacity to phone and wake me up to let in other guests. I dragged myself out of bed in the cold, only to find they'd already let themselves in with their own keys. So let me get this straight: you woke a paying guest in the middle of the night to perform a service that wasn't even needed? I'm a customer who paid for accommodation, not unpaid staff. There's no scenario—not kindness, not courtesy, nothing—that makes this acceptable. The listing on google also advertised a kitchen. When I asked Fabio about it, he flatly told me there isn't one. He then directed me to Conad, claiming it was a "5-minute walk." It's actually closer to 20 minutes. At this point, I don't know whether the misinformation is incompetence or deliberate misrepresentation, but either way, it's completely unacceptable. This entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish
