Convenient location, close to activities. Perfect for family reunions, especially the children. Private and quiet and lovely hosts
Maybe could do with a small ramp or better step at the entrance to the lodge for slightly disabled people.

We had a wonderful stay at Awa Homestead Lodge. The house was incredibly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a spotless bathroom. The listing was accurate, and the location was perfect for exploring Rotorua. Joss was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, providing quick answers to all our questions. We highly recommend staying here!"

On arrival, we were greeted by a friendly owner 😀
She showed us around the property with rules and a local to do list of activities.
Lovely couple.
Loved the spaciousness and the choice of a pool table or fuse ball machine at hand.
Kitchen was massive and lovely open plan.
Spa on hand outside and outdoor activities if you wanted.
It gives Yellowstone vibes ✨️
Wooden Canadian natural lofty barn open feeling...
