PRIVATE POOL, SPA & POOLSIDE PROJECTION SCREEN

One of the home's biggest highlights is its private outdoor area. With no rear neighbors, your family can enjoy the screened pool and spa without looking directly into another vacation home behind the property, creating a more private and relaxing setting for your time outdoors.

Start the morning with coffee beside the water, spend a sunny Florida afternoon swimming, or return after a full day at the theme parks for a relaxing evening in your own private outdoor retreat. The spacious screened lanai and pool deck with outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time outside together.

The poolside projection screen makes this outdoor space even more memorable. Gather beside the pool for outdoor entertainment while enjoying the privacy and convenience of your own screened pool area.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. It is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool only when optional pool heat is added. Optional pool heat is available for $40 per day.
