Es lo justo y necesario para una estancia corta. Tiene lo básico y está bien conservado. Está a 20 minutos andando del centro lo que no está mal ubicado. Si la idea es hacer mucha vida allí no es el lugar adecuado.
Hay alguna cosa a mejorar, la tapa del vater no se aguantaba, la puerta de la ducha se salía, y el espacio es bastante reducido. La zona es complicada para aparcar, sobretodo de noche.

Da wir den ganzen Juli lang ein Praktikum hier in Alicante machten, brauchten wir ein Zimmer das preislich leistbar, aber trotzdem komfortabel und sauber ist. Besonders hat uns auch die Lage gefallen, da wir mit den Öffis alles in wenigen Minuten erreichen konnten.
Die Nachbarn über uns waren oft ziemlich laut. Man konnte so gut wie jeden Tag in der Nacht ein lautes Kratzen (wahrscheinlich von Tieren) hören, von dem wir auch ein paar Mal aufgewacht sind.
