La atención del personal fue excelente, el espacio es muy acogedor. Las opciones de alimentación son deliciosas La ubicación es buena ya que queda justo al pie del malecón y la playa..
Aunque la ubicación es muy buena considero que podría ser mejor. Las cortinas son un poco más pequeñas que las ventanas por lo que había partes dónde no quedaban cubiertas del todo.

La localización perfecta, los desayunos muy buenos, el trato de todos buenísimo, el aire acondicionado muy bien. La piscina y el rooftop muy agradable.
En la segunda habitación que le dieron a mis compañeras el colchón de muelles estaba en malas condiciones. Se lo comunicamos al hotel pero no hicieron nada.

I especially liked the unusual, minimalist design of the hotel. From the outside, you would hardly expect to find such a modern boutique hotel behind the discreet entrance. The property feels very well protected from the street and has a good sense of privacy and security.
The architecture and interior design are stylish and consistent, with polished concrete floors, light colours and a very bright, modern atmosphere. My room was spacious, the bed was very large and comfortable, and I also appreciated the unusually large refrigerator in the room.
Another big plus is the amount of communal space. There are shaded, air-conditioned areas with large tables and benches where you can sit comfortably or work on a laptop. Upstairs, there are additional lounge areas, as well as the rooftop terrace with a small pool. Even though the hotel seemed to be quite well booked, it never felt crowded and I often had plenty of space to myself.
The location is also excellent, only about 100 metres from the promenade and just a few blocks from the historic centre.
The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Most of the communication was in Spanish, but everyone was patient and always willing to help.
What could be improved
The wooden sun loungers and chairs on the rooftop terrace did not have cushions or mattresses during my stay. Providing some would make the pool area much more comfortable.
I also found the breakfast a little limited. There are a few fixed breakfast options, but I would have preferred a little more flexibility to combine the individual items myself. I ended up ordering some extra toast.
Another small improvement would be a simple coffee and tea station in one of the communal areas, perhaps with a kettle and hot water available. There are no coffee or tea-making facilities in the rooms. That said, when I asked for coffee early in the morning, the staff were very helpful and provided it without any problem.

desayuno rico y variado.
1) POR SEGURIDAD si eres viajer@ sol@ busca otra ubicación, el parque central (casi a espaldas del hotel) es donde duermen los homeless/ drogadictos. En la esquina del hotel hay una cantina de bar de baja reputación, te encontrarás borrachos en la noche o a tempranas horas de la mañana, si bien hay policías de turismo, no están las 24 hrs ni todos los días. Tuve que correr un par de veces para huir de los drogadictos y de los borrachos de la esquina.
2) Desayuno: si tienes un tour temprano, no está garantizado que te lo sirvan. El horario dice 7 a 10am, pero el personal llega poco antes de las 7am y te dicen que lo tendrán listo a las 7:30am. Así lo pidas 1 día antes, la respuesta fue "vamos a tratar de hacerlo, pero no prometemos".
3) Privacidad: las cortinas tapan el 60% de la ventana, los vecinos del frente pueden verte, si estás en tu habitación es natural que estés en prendas menores, pero debes tener cuidado que no te vean... y ni qué decir con la luz que entra.
--> creo que todos los puntos son más críticos si eres mujer, pero temas de seguridad y privacidad
