Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, viele kleine und ganz bezaubernde Überraschungen zum Empfang (selbstgemachte Marmelade, Honig, Cremes…), sehr gute Küchenausstattung, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, sämtliche vorangegangene kleinere Kritikpunkte wurden abgestellt
Zwei kleine Nachteile waren, dass ein Schlafzimmer nicht ganz verdunkelbar war und dass beide Schlafzimmer (direkt unter dem Dach liegend) keine Klimaanlagen (dafür aber Ventilatoren) hatten.
