This newly renovated, newly listed 2-bedroom home overlooks the stunning turquoise waters of Eleuthera. For those seeking to relax and unwind in paradise, the simplistic, modern style of this property offers the perfect retreat.
The white concrete and light wood exterior of the house provides a beautiful contrast to a sparkling-blue ocean backdrop. Ocean views are highlighted from the interior of the home as well, showcased by large windows and oversized glass sliding doors.
Inside, a spacious, open-concept living design consists of a large seating area, dining area and fully stocked kitchen with a 4 seat peninsula bar. The sliding doors open to a covered veranda perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the hammock chair or lounging with sunset cocktails.

Gorgeous home located right on the water! Stunning views and incredible sunsets. The house itself is spacious, open and tidy. It had everything we needed and more. Molly was super helpful. Didn't want to leave! Hope to return again some day!

We had an amazing stay at Big Pink in March, 2025! Molly was an attentive and super communicative host from the moment we booked, offering recommendations for rental cars, grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. She also was available during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Kevin, the caretaker, went above and beyond he welcomed us at the house at 1AM after our delayed flight and was available if we needed any assistance throughout our stay as well.The house itself was spotless, beautifully laid out, and offered spectacular views. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made it easy to cook a few meals at home. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and hope to return one day! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us.
