Embrace your adventurous spirit by descending the concrete steps – artistically carved through the limestone cliff – to explore the calm waters below. Experience phenomenal snorkeling amidst an underwater wonderland teeming with tropical fish.
Four lounge chairs invite relaxation, whether you prefer shaded tranquility on the porch or sun-soaked leisure on the adjacent concrete deck. Additionally, two aluminum folding beach chairs accompany you on beach outings or daily excursions. After a day of sun and sand, rejuvenate under the outdoor shower (cool water only) with a captivating view of the sea.
Each tastefully-appointed bedroom features a serene, ultra-quiet AC unit and ceiling fan, while an additional AC unit cools the living room and kitchen, complemented by more ceiling fans. The stylish bathroom showcases a rainwater shower, a spacious sink vanity, and exquisite Cuban tile flooring. The kitchen boasts modern stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse sink.
Palm Bluff provides bedding, towels, beach towels, and a fully-equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer are available in the adjoining laundry shed. Enjoy pure drinking water from the reverse osmosis (RO) system in the kitchen, perfect for consumption, cooking, and ice-making. While there is no TV, super-fast Starlink Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected.
Our dedicated caretaker, who lives just 5 minutes away, is readily available to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay. Additional maid services can be arranged for an extra fee.

Great place that was laid out well and a stunning view. The steps to the water were a great addition too, gave a great sense of adventure. Kitchen was well stocked, no issues there. With Google maps was easy to find and gain access into the house.
The only two issues I found was the last 100 meters or so of the driveway was atrocious. I left the car prior to this section and walked . Also the living room air con unit was faulty I think, probably needs replacing . Bedroom one was great though.
In closing cheers for a very memorable stay that I loved and would recommend to anyone.

We had a great experience at Palm Bluff. The house was the perfect size and location, overlooking the Caribbean. Taking the ladder down to the water was a thrill! The house was clean and private. The guidebook was super helpful in orienting to us to Eleuthera. Great recommendations in the guidebook. The house was a little hard to find, but the GPS coordinates in the guidebook confirmed that we were in the right spot. We will definitely return the next time that we are in Eleuthera!

We loved pur stay at Palm Bluff. An SUV is essential for acess to the house and apl of the beaches. The roads are no joke.
Only suggestions are reparatons desparately needed in outdoor shower, clean the mold from the kitchen sink window.

My wife and I stayed at the Cliff House in Early/Mid February of 2026. This was our 4th trip to Eleuthera in the last 5 or so years. The place was great. The front porch overlooking the water with french doors that opened up the living area to the ocean was breathtaking. There was nothing we needed. We had coffee each morning and cocktails at sunset overlooking the Caribbean side of the island. Many morning we saw dolphins swimming, which came so close you could hear them breath through their blow hole. There were dozens of them. We also saw numerous sea turtles on calm days. We were fortunate because the Caribbean side of the island was calm for most of our trip, while the ocean side was rougher. You cannot describe the color of the water on both sides...amazing. Ships and boats often passed by and waved to say hello. We walked most mornings to Surfer's Beach which is about a mile walk that does not require any walking along Queen's Highway (main road through the island). The road to the house is a bit steep and rough, but we rented an SUV and had no issue. Such a relaxing time.
