The arcade games were the highlight for my kiddos. They loved it.
Street parking was a nightmare. Circled 20 minutes to find a parking spot.

Comfortable unit for my family of five on a 3 night stay. Updated interior and comfy beds. Great coffee! Excellent communication by owner who made sure everything was well during our stay. We had everything we needed and no issues checking in and checking out. Location was good and convenient for us.
Listing lacked some details. Apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit and is a middle unit on the 2nd floor of a 2 story, 6 or 8 apartment building. We did not see the other residents but be aware it is a multi-unit building and you walk by their front doors on an exterior walkway to get to this apt. Faces another similar apartment block opposite. Main entrance gate has a lockbox and key but we never used it because the gate was always propped open. Washer and dryer are coin-operated and located at the back entrance (dark at night) of the apartment building.

Property was super close to downtown Long Beach, clean, and very comfortable. Definitely recommend to stay here for large groups.
Some of the games were broken like the fuse ball table. Everything else was perfect.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable . Kitchen had everything we needed to cook even olive oil and coffee was available. Great location walkable to the beach and plenty of restaurants and breakfast places. Our host replied promptly to our questions and made us feel that they were available if needed.
