About this house rental
Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Santa Ynez. Each bedroom has its own private space and a beautiful private bathroom. The rooms are separated by the main living space. The king beds are so comfy... you may not want to get up. The bedrooms and bathrooms are identical, so no need to fight over who gets which room. With amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, AC, a washing machine, dryer, fireplace (indoors and outdoors), outdoor dining and a built in BBQ, wireless WiFi, lighted vanity mirrors and a hair dryer, you'll have everything you need for a terrific stay. Imagine waking up to the rolling hills and watching the sun rise through the olive tree branches while you sip your first cup of Joe. Or an evening filled with a country stroll, followed by a barbaque and dinning al fresco while sipping a glass of wine. Life does not get any better than this. Everything about this rental was excellent! It’s brand new and super cute. Location is perfect. Communication with owner was excellent. Definitely plan on staying here again!

We were the second people to stay at the property. It is brand new and as clean as you can imagine. It has a huge property outdoors with both a covered bbq eating area and an outdoor firepit. Two exactly the same en-suite master bedrooms with a very large great room/kitchen. Too bad i can’t give note than the five stars. Ps neighbors near the ranch were all super friendly and have great advice.
