Beautiful hotel, within walking distance of just about everything. Free bikes to use and explore was a big plus. Only con is the showers were on the cold side. Would stay again

The hotel is beautiful! The location is very good for getting around on foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful proving tips for how to get around and helping to arrange transportation. The breakfast was great, a lot of selection and the staff were very nice.
Highly recommend this hotel, will stay here again the next time I’m in town!

Room was small but ok for a one night stay. The check in process was a bit uncomfortable as the staff asked for payment and it was already prepaid. I had a receipt as proof but they could not verify, so I had to get online and contact Expedia customer service who called hotel. It took some time and it was late and very hot since there is no AC in reception area. The breakfast was good and the bed pretty comfortable, which can be hard to find in Colombia.
