About this house rental
The view from the upper and lower deck is wonderful!! There are no houses across the river. It feels like you are completely alone on the river. The house has a homey, rustic feel that will encourage you to engage your spirit of relaxation. The views from inside the house are spectacular! In the third floor bedroom you can wake up to views of the river. In the morning you can enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee on the upper deck while taking in the glass like surface of the river.
There are 4 bedrooms with 5 beds and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen accesses the upper deck for cooking or grilling on the gas grill or charcoal grill.
Bring your floats to enjoy the lazy the Tickfaw in front of the deck. there is a ladder to get in/out of the river. If you have a boat, you can put in the river at Boopaloo's for a small fee and reach the house in a short time. Tie it up to the deck during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the property was as expected and advertised. There were a few issues with the refrigerator door seal, not closing properly and the kitchen cabinets that were all loose. The hinges were not holding the doors so most of them did not open or close properly. The bedroom doors did not close property either, however I expect that could have to do with the humidity. The biggest disappointment was that the Tickfaw River was closed because of potential flooding. While not the landlords fault, it was disappointing being that we brought a boat and jet ski expecting to use it during our stay.
