le calme, le sérénité de l'espace adultes du SPA, le service de voituriers, le restaurant de bonne qualité, l'attention du personnel. Vraiment un bon moment de détente en famille.
Ce n'est pas un point d'amélioration mais il faut le savoir : l'hotel n'est pas situé à cortina même mais à quelques kilomètres

This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The shuttle service into town was so convenient, and we happened to be there for one of their happy hours — it was lovely, with great appetizers.

Location: I booked this hotel because it was ski in/ski out but it was not possible to do so because of the lack of snow this season. We needed vans to go to the slopes and the wait was alsways too long and sometimes we did not get a transfer and needed a taxi. What we also learned is that even when it snows the hotel is not exactly ski in/out as you need to walk and carry your skis from the slopes to the hotel for a distance. Also the hotel is very far from the city centre and the vans run only until 8pm. At pick hours we waited for more than 40 minutes and sometimes had to call a taxi (which was very challenging sometimes). The process of calling the hotel to ask for transportation is very annoying. Always had to call several times before the hotel answered.
Restaurants: The menus of the restaurants are very limited for a 5 star hotel. Dinner has only a fixed menu. No room service (only a very very limited service). The solution: Hotel Argentina next door has a very nice restaurant (we would go especially at nigth since it was the only alternative for dinner where you meet all the TOFANA guests!
Ambience at the bar: there is a bar with a musician however the music was not enjoyable and in our opinion did not make the bar a nice place to stay....in addition to a very limited menu (at dinner time they can only serve you a ham and cheese sandwich)...really not acceptable for a 5 star hotel.
