Loved the position opposite the beach and within walking distance of everything. No one will read this if i put it in the nexts section, because i didnt see the negative comments until i tried to look today. The coffee shop is literally right next to you so that "private balcony area" is not private at all. We barely sat out there as everyone is looking straight at you. We kept the blinds down the whole two days when were in the living room.
The coffee shop next door was a real negative. No lock on the bathroom and the door doesnt really close properly which is hard with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. When you are given a remote for the garage it opens all 3 doors so its not very secure. The light is broken on one of the steps leading from garage back to your room so be careful you dont face plant at night.

The location is amazing. Sitting in the outdoor lounge area was very relaxing. Loved listening to the waves crashing.
With the coffee shop out front it was early morning wake ups every morning.
The first morning felt very awkward sitting having a cuppa in the outdoor lounge area, watching the ocean, with people sitting in the cafe looking at us. Thankfully there is an electric privacy shutter that comes down that you can still see and hear through but people cannot see in. We felt a lot more comfortable after we worked that out.

Awesome location near and tidy rooms enough space for a family or to come with friends. Enjoyed sitting on that veranda and watching life go by.
Shower could have permanent shampoo and conditioner fixture, I do not take supplies nowadays on short term stays.

Location and accessibility.
Some wear and tear in bathroom and fridge not being as clean, nothing over the top that ruined our stay though.
