This place was perfection. The host was super kind and attentive. The location was perfect for proximity to the airport and train station. The room had clearly had a lot of detailed consideration put into it to make it as comfortable and accommodating for any need the guests had. Like the effort and thought put into every detail needs to be studied by other hosts. Down to snacks and drinks in the fridge to accommodate any preference, the careful way the WiFi info was displayed, little business cards to help you decide somewhere nice to eat, a highly multifunctional shower setup, your own little garden area with a table, disposable cutlery, etc. And the value for money was excellent. I would 100% come back here.

Excellent stay
I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was very clean, extremely comfortable, and exceptionally well equipped. It had everything I needed, and the air conditioning was a big plus.
The location was excellent, very close to the train station. It was very easy to get to Rome Termini from there, which made exploring Rome really convenient.
Communication with the owner was simple and hassle-free, and the whole check-in process was very straightforward.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was great and exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay, highly recommended! The property was very clean and cozy, even provided some snacks and coffee/tea. Communication with the owner was quick and seamless as well. In my 7 years of experience travelling around Europe, I’d say the owner (Maurizio) was one of the most accommodating hosts I’ve ever had, went above and beyond expectations.
