Bit strange at first, the rooms are on one floor of a large building, but once inside it’s rooms are first class but minimalistic, very clean a comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom, all you need really. Breakfast is around the corner in a cafe called Ninos, lovely cakes and coffee with a lovely friendly staff.
We didn’t need it but there’s no parking with the room just on street, we got there during rush hour which was mad, going out to ear about 8 o’clock there was lots of spaces.

I liked proximity to Ciampino train station and airport bus. Spacious comfortable room and bed had a good mattress.
Hmmmmm I can't think of any bad points. The charging usb points on the right side of the bed didn't work but left side was fine. So not an issue.
