Η άνεση και ευρυχωρία του καταλύματος, η θαυμάσια θέα, η ησυχία, το πάρκινκ και η προθυμία του ιδιοκτήτη. Ολιγόλεπτη απόσταση από το κέντρο με το αυτοκίνητο.
Υπήρξαν μερικές ελλείψεις όπως καφές, αφρόλουτρο, αρκετές πετσέτες, τηλεόραση που δε συνδεόταν, οι οποίες ωστόσο δεν ήταν σημαντικές και δε μείωσαν την αξία του καταλύματος και την ποιότητα της διαμονής. Τα θετικά στοιχεία υπερβαίνουν τα αρνητικά και η συνολική εμπειρία ήταν πολύ θετική.

The view is amazing! in a villa with an amazing value for money price. Beeing 10m by car from crowded Chalkida you can enjoy both the city and the nature. Beach also near by great winter walk. Hosts were great enough to bring us some wood and open the fireplace, which light up our Christmas holidays!
