The beach, pool bar, excellent dinner. Lots of parking places.
Nothing major. The water pressure in the shower was poor.

Εξαιρετικό το φαγητό και το πρωινό, ίσως το καλύτερο all inclusive φαγητό που έχουμε δοκιμάσει. Μεγάλη ποικιλία και καλή ποιότητα. Ενδιαφέρουσα εκδήλωση με Ελληνικούς χορούς στο θέατρο. Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο.
Κάποιες μικρές λεπτομέρειες μπορούν να διορθωθούν. Δεν υπήρχε πάγκος για βαλίτσες στο δωμάτιο και τις βάλαμε στο πάτωμα. Δεν το είδε καμμιά καμαριέρα που καθάριζε ότι δεν υπήρχε πάγκος στο δωμάτιο; Δεν υπάρχει beach bar στη βόρεια παραλία με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει κανείς να κάνει μεγάλη απόσταση για να πάρει έναν καφέ. Το wifi είναι πολύ καλό στα δωμάτια, αλλά δεν υπάρχει καθόλου στο εστιατόριο. Δεν μας ενημέρωσαν από το check in ότι το a la carte εστιατόριο χρειαζόταν κράτηση από την προηγούμενη μέρα. Ζήτησα ένα παυσίπονο από τη ρεσεψιόν στις 3 τη νύχτα, για ξαφνικό πόνο στη μέση, και μου είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει παυσίπονο στο φαρμακείο, και να περιμένω το πρωί να πάω στην Ερέτρια να αγοράσω. Πολλές μικρές λεπτομέρειες δείχνουν πως το προσωπικό δεν ενδιαφέρεται ιδιαίτερα για την ικανοποίηση των πελατών...

מיקום מעולה, צמחייה יפה, מרכז האי, חוף ים מדהים, בריכות טובות, שירות מצויין, אוכל סביר, חדר יפה.
חסר בחדר כורסא, טישו, מעמד למזוודות. הלחמים בחדר האוכל לא היו טריים וטעמים.

The premises and the room were very clean. Despite staying for three nights in September, towards the end of the season, the staff remained very polite, attentive, and professional, and did not appear overworked.
The breakfast buffet was good, and the El Greco à la carte restaurant was very good and is certainly a must-visit!
However, we would rate the lunch and dinner buffet at 3 out of 5, as we found them to be somewhat less impressive compared with the other dining options.
It was our first all-inclusive experience, and overall, we found it to be a rather low-cost solution for a three-day getaway.
However, if one is looking for luxury and the high level of quality that typically comes with it, then it would be better to consider staying elsewhere.
We had an unfortunate experience at the bar when we ordered a Black Label Johnnie Walker neat. The drink we were served did not taste as it normally should, so we returned it. The hotel did not charge us for it, which was fair, but the experience was nevertheless quite disappointing.
The desserts at the buffet were particularly disappointing and, in our opinion, deserved 0 out of 5 stars. They were honestly a joke.
Seeing that there did not appear to be particularly high standards in some areas also put us off from visiting the spa, as we would expect a spa experience to offer a certain level of luxury and quality and we didn't wish to take any risks.
