Nuestra experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo el personal fue extremadamente amable, atento y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos.
La habitación con jacuzzi fue espectacular, especialmente por la vista increíble de Cuenca. Fue realmente un gusto poder relajarnos allí y disfrutar de la ciudad.
El desayuno estuvo buenísimo y nos sorprendió muchísimo que uno de los días nos prepararan llapingachos. Un detalle delicioso que no esperábamos y que disfrutamos muchísimo.
La atención del personal merece una mención especial: siempre fueron cordiales, atentos y con una excelente disposición para ayudar. Se nota que realmente se preocupan por que los huéspedes tengan una buena experiencia.
Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente. Una experiencia de 10/10.
