The property was what we expected, and it made our days very easy with a fully ecquiped kitchen, and the host was also always available to help. Its very well located, safe area and right next to the exit of the metro
The AC is very weak and the sofa bed very hard to sleep on as its thin and creeks

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. He kindly agreed to our request to leave our luggage before the official check-in time, so we could enjoy a walk around the city centre without carrying our suitcases. We really appreciated this.
There were no problems with the check-in. The owner was always available and sent all the necessary instructions on time, which made everything easy and stress-free.
The apartment offered good value for money, and the service matched the price perfectly. We were very happy with our stay and felt comfortable throughout our visit.
It is difficult to mention any negative points because everything was exactly as described in the booking.
We highly recommend this accommodation and would be happy to stay here again when we visit Rome.

Lokalizacja bardzo blisko metra Gardenie, jest 15min metro C do koloseum, metro zadbane, czyste i mniej ruchliwe, niż pozostałe linie. Jest to miejsce na uboczu, ale nie mieliśmy problemów z dojazdem. Bardzo dobry bar jest obok, otwarty od 6:00, gdzie serwują pyszne śniadania. Ośrodek czysty, schludny, zadbany, pościel i ręczniki świeże, jest mały TV z YT, mieszkanie ciche, jest spory balkon. W toalecie jest wanna
Ciężko było się umyć, żeby nie zachlapać podłogi
