Lokalita byla trochu hlučnější, ale dobře dostupná na metro. Byly blízko obchody a restaurace.
Sprcha. Byl problém se stabilním tlakem a teplotou vody.

1) per le chiavi arriva un codice per la porta su strada e un secondo codice per la porta di ingresso alla struttura/apt, molto semplice e sicuro. 2) accoglienza friendly e hospitality gentile e generosa con carta cucina, bibite, cioccolato e sacchetti pattumiera, sapone piatti, cialde caffè per sentirsi a casa, IDEALE !! 3) bagni puliti con gift kits in numero abbondante idem per carta igenica etc ASCIUGAMANI ABBONDANTI, tutto pulitissimo 4) molto silenzioso 5) terrazzo in ordine e mobili terrazzo puliti e comodi 6) anche per il proprio animale peloso è comodissimo
a) servirebbero le istruzioni per condizionatori/inverter caldo/freddo
b) acqua calda in bagno va fatta scorrere molto per averla bollente /(acqua calda in cucina è perfetta/bollente)
c) password del wifi, è un pò complicata con tante maiuscole/minuscole.

Лука отличный хозяин, который оказал прекрасный сервис. Оставил в презент бутылку итальянского вина. Ответил на все наши вопросы по городу и магазинам. Апартаменты хорошие, в удобном месте, 5-7 минутах ходьбы от метро. Рядом магазины, кафе. Все необходимое есть. Мы провели наше время комфортно. Спасибо большое!
Расположение, быстрое и простое самостоятельное заселение, сами апартаменты и терраса были хороши. Красивые зеленые попугаи на деревьях рядом замечательны!)
В ванной комнате не хватало полочек и крючков. Некритично, но если это будет- многим будет более комфортно.
Если будет небольшое количество оливкового масла, то на кухне все будет прекрасно)
