About this house rental
2.8 miles from downtown Boyne City. This welcoming house is located across the street from Lake Charlevoix with great views. The house provides the ideal escape options for families and friends looking to unwind. As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by the cozy ambiance and modern amenities that cater to your every need. Plenty of room to spread out, with 2 levels both with cozy family rooms. One designated office TV gaming room. Plenty of board & card games for your use. Access to high-speed WiFi and the comfort of a washing machine and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, making your stay more relaxed and hassle-free. Peak Season is May 20 through September 8. Peak Season requires a 7 night minimum stay. Off Season is September 9 through May 19. Off season requires a 3 night minimum stay.

Take a leisurely stroll along the shores of Lake Charlevoix, just a stone's throw away. Boat launch, docking and rentals are available at several places on Lake Charlevoix for an additional fee. For those seeking adventure, the renowned Boyne Mountain is just a 10 mile drive away, offering a wealth of summer & winter outdoor activities, some of the best golf courses in Northern Michigan.
Back at the property, you'll find all the essential amenities to make your stay truly comfortable, including 3 well-appointed full bathrooms, plush towels, basic soaps, shampoo, body wash, hair dryers and flat & curling iron in each bathroom. This property fit our family of 8 perfectly! Plenty of room for kids and adults to spread out. Great location for visiting surrounding areas and very convenient to Boyne Mountain!

This house was perfect for our family get together. Each couple had their own space and bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped for preparing meals. The outside space was relaxing and very comfortable. The view was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.
