Recommended, clean and helpful staff with all you amenities need for home feel comfort. Made us Comfortable, beds were plush and nice leather couch with big-screen tv. Very pretty areal spot if you need to be in Hollywood/DTLA.
Be prepare for checking in process that’s detailed and secure on making sure you are who you say you are for safety reason I appreciated it. California can be a challenge! I plan to be back!

I liked how they offered a lot of free items and toiletries, as well as provide blankets and towels.
I still have not received my Deposit fee back yet. I checked out over 3 weeks ago and still expect it back. As I was told I would.

Highly Recommendable. Sound and pleasant people in preparation I felt well received and that they out a lot of thought into how they welcome you. Tammy, who met us was easy going and willing to go the extra mile. She took time to answer questions, help my kiddos fell welcome and even offered to show us around. And being a new person in town that was golden. Clean space and VERY large complex I must say. Pool, Jacuzzi and Business area is a plus. Everything the kitchen is ready and feeling like you're a home is amazing.
Not much, as previously said everything went well. But if anything its a very popular location, you must be prepared for some level of traffic and it VERY central

The two women that helped me with keys very nice and warming they helped me with late check n I appreciate that the house was very clean better than hotel even had flower made out toilet paper fresh roll of towelet paper loved decor in house
