Parking was easy and always good availability. Felt safe at all times. Nice selection of coffees offered. Unit was clean and accessible. The bed was comfortable and sleep was easy. Host was very communicative and made sure everything was as we expected.

The overall location worked very well for our purposes. There is a bus stop less that 400 feet away and it isn't that much further to walk to catch the blue line train. There were some nice unexpected value adds. There was not only a Keuring with a good seledction of K-Cups, but also a Nespresso machine with a good amount of pods supplied as well. The family room along with both bedrooms had ceiling fans which is not always found in this type of property. The bedding was comfortable and the jacuzzi was a great way to relax of our day of traveling to Chicago. Sometimes even one simple item can be that extra thing that makes you smile. For me, it was a power brick/charger with adapter ends for multiple types of devices. Honestly, it felt more like home than just a termporary lodging.

From start to finish this was an exceptional experience for my family. The property is really well taken care of and cozy. Thomas was so fast to reply to make sure we had everything needed. His communication was stupendous.
The neighborhood was really safe and my husband noticed many people walking their dogs in the evening and felt it was a calm, professional, residential area.
The location is really good for any event at the United Center. It was also very quiet, which made it nice to get rest before and after the event.
We cannot recommend this property enough. Thank you for being a great part of this memorable trip.
