Right in the heart of Palermo do not need a car everything your want to see and places to eat including the Ballaro market at your door step
Spread across 3 floors with narrow staircase Found it hard to get luggage to 3rd floor

Location: Palermo is huge so the location is perfect
Size: three floors, 2 bathrooms, balcony.. more than enough
Equipment: perfectly working AC on every floor, kitchen utensils, nice coffee machine and a lof of free coffee, bath amenities.
Noise: Palermo is a bustling city so having a nice isolated windows is also a big plus, no problems with the noise whatsoever.
Minor things: a bit of dust on the floor (noticed easily on black socks), bathroom sometimes has a bit of sewage smell but not that bothering, the upper shower drains very slowly (the other one was perfectly fine).
My advice: you can put different colour rubber key caps on the keys so it will be much easier to differentiate which one opens the right door.
