A great location close to the main square.
Pollenca old town has a lot of building work; so was noisy and dusty during our holiday.

Excellent location, very clean, well equipped, good size rooms and shower rooms, outside space and small pool was nice to start and end the day. Host Joana was lovely to communicate with during our stay.
Nothing, we loved it all. There is a lot of renovation work going on nearby, but it was not distracting.

Das Haus ist an sich sehr schön, sauber und bietet Komfort. Allerdings wurden wir morgens (Montag - Donnerstag) ab kurz vor acht mit erheblichem Baulärm geweckt, der bis in den späten Nachmittag andauerte. Eine Nutzung der Terrasse war somit nur bedingt möglich. Es wäre ein vorheriger Hinweis seitens der Vermieterin hilfreich gewesen, dann hätten wir die Unterkunft nicht zu dem Preis von 958 Euro für 5 Tage gemietet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unserer Meinung nach aufgrund des Baulärms nicht angemessen.
