Everything was great, but I would especially like to highlight the staff. They were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and kind throughout my stay. I am truly grateful for all the support they provided, often going above and beyond what was expected. Their hospitality made a real difference and greatly enhanced my experience. Thank you all very much.

Spotless clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was alw us keen to help. A large variety of local food and international options at breakfast along with seasonal fruit.
There was a technical issue in my room on second floor and the power was cut off almost very night, after midnight. Usually it was resolved within minutes, but one night they could not fix it and I was offered to move to another room or at least sleep there through the night. Internet Sas also deak, but it happens in the region.
Also the hotel is a bit far from the city center so you need a taxi- which on the other hand is extremely cheap. On the other hand it is a convenient location to commute to the Silk Road Convention Center.

房间比较新，面积也ok，早餐还是挺不错的。总体来说性价比可以的。
位置稍微偏了一点点，但去夏伊辛达很近，再加上打车很便宜，其实还是挺好的

Хороший, чистый отель, но еще новый, персонал не всегда понимет что делает. Ждала массаж который в итоге не подтвердили. Конференц комната тоже была не готова, хотя утверждали обратное. Но чистота идеальная и все очень красиво. Владелец сделал все, чтобы сгладить недочеты. Думаю, им просто нужно время. Желаю удачи рекомендую этот отель.
