We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment, and would return in a heartbeat. The hosts met us at the boat stop and communicated through what’s app to help us find our way, they then took us directly to the apartment and showed us how to use the air con etc. And gave us helpful tips about places to visit- eg the Guggenheim which was a highlight! The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, and the main bedroom is enormous! The shower is good and the air conditioning is effective.l with a modern kitchen with everything you need. The location is excellent- outside the front door, turn left down the alley and there is a little boat landing place with amazing views of the Rialto Bridge. Turn the other way and it’s a short walk to St Marks Square. And it’s so peaceful here even though you’re so close to the centre. Just the occasional sound of people wheeling luggage past, and the people collecting the rubbish in the mornings. We were thrilled to find this gem!
