Great location, speedy check-in with excellent agent meeting us on site to explain everything and offer local advice.
Bit tardy overall, needing a good makeover. Very noisy air conditioning. No air con in bedrooms. Bathroom extractor fan not functioning. Light switches feel dodgy. Lack of visual privacy through the window of one bedroom - curtains /blinds insufficiently opaque.

Interaction with the host super easy,she met us at waterbus stop and walked us to apaetment. Great location everything is walkable.Beds very comfy and the aisco great to have!

Central location. Clean.
The most improper locations for air conditioning units. One is in the kitchen. The other is outside of the two bedrooms. That means doors need to opened—thus no privacy—in order for the rooms to be cooled at night. Very small: a person needs to sit at an angle to use the toilets; you need to walk sideways to get out of bed.
