This property is Faultless, owners are magnificent, maybe lacks small bars and convenience stores

The driver of our pre booked private transfer Wes a lovely helpful lady who after getting us to the property with no problems started phone the owner as we pulled up but as it happened he (JOTA) was casually walking up to meat us. He then took us in and spent quite a long time showing us everything and also at the same time conversing with us via a translation app . He is a true gentleman and we felt safe and happy to be at the property owned by him and his wife Mati who we later met. The cleanliness, peacefulness, and friendliness of not only the owners but the local people was a joy

The only small thing was a lack of small bars and convenience shop in the area

Exceeded expectations

Everything clean, parking behind the gate (4.8m of space for horizontal parking, otherwise free parking on the street), friendly host, good communication, great location next to the beach and close to city center, still very calm.

Just in case you have mobility issues, bear in mind there are two floors of stairs and some more to the bedroom. Was not a problem for us.

Great little apartment in quiet part of Santa Pola

Great little apartment, amazing owner, super close to the beach.

Bear in mind out of season there is not much around- restaurants, bars all 15min walk. This didnt bother us at all. We enjoyed the quiet beach and walk around the promenade

Santa Pola

Stayed 3 nights. Host was welcoming and helpful. Property was comfortable. Very well equipped, even had hair straighteners and washing detergent for our laundry.

Not much around apart from a couple of restaurants. Town was about 20 mins walk. Main bus stop was about 20 mins away.

Lo bueno es la cercanía a playa Varadero, tranquilidad de la urbanización y el trato con el dueño, muy servicial y atento

No me gustó laa escaleras que hay para acceder a la casa y dentro de la casa para subir a las habitaciones y el baño y la cama de matrimonio es muy incomoda, la limpieza se puede mejorar
