The positioning and the quality-price ratio.
I did not like that the shower had no enclosure or curtain to prevent getting everything wet. Also, access to the parking was not easy.

The staff helped a lot with the issue of parking.
We left very very early in the morning. We notified the staff ahead of time and asked for boxed breakfast ( like we had in previous places).
We were promised a lite breakfast ( bread/ toast/ pastry) and coffee. Nothing was prepared for us.

Location, cooperative and helpful staff.
The AC/heater was locked . When it worked it was set to 20 degrees. It was very cold, 12 Degrees outside,so not being able to use the heater made it very cold and uncomfortable for us. The bathroom was nice but no partition or curtains for the bath area. As a result the whole bathroom including WC got wet after shower and we had to wipe it to make it usable.
