First of all, great location - easy to walk downtown in about 25min, for those unwilling to walk the bus stop is just a few stops away, easy to reach when coming from/going to the airport (not far from the highway, no need to go through the city center which can become very busy), also - right across the street from Mother Theresa hospital (convenient in case you'd have some medical emergency).
The breakfast is simple but good (on thing to note - coffee is made upon request, no extra charge).
The hotel room was superclean, the bed was comfortable, the windows have external blinds. Despite the closeness to the hospital and windows facing the street, I did not feel any disturbances at night/early morning.
Last but not least - the staff is superb, very welcoming and helpful with requests one may have.

It was a very nice hotel. They have a private parking lot which is very useful since there is no parking around.
Great breakfast. Very clean room and hotel. Very friendly staff.
It is a bit far from the city centre.

The service was really good especially from the waiter of the restaurant. Very polite, helpful and attentive staff. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I had a very pleasant comfortable stay. The only thing which could be improved is the choice of food for breakfast.
Difficulty opening the door of the fridge in my room.
