Everything was perfect. New facilities, great customer service, perfect location. The best hotel I have stayed in Bali with an amazing a la carte and buffet breakfast included

The staff were really lovely, attentive and hard working. I have found every one who works in the service industry in Bali is always happy to help, hardworking and extremely eager to please. The hotel itself is clean, modern and includes a really good breakfast as well as a rooftop pool with day beds.
The walls are paper thin, as are the doors. This was so bad that we could hear staff on their radios at 7am out in the corridor, it was so loud they may as well have been in the room. Not only that, but other guests opening doors, having conversations in their room or just generally moving about is loud. This hotel seems to be popular with guests who are looking to party, so at 4am we were woken by someone urinating in the hall way, screaming and shouting, we had about 3 hours sleep over 4 days

It was a fantastic facility. The 2 bedroom villa was absolutely gorgeous. The shower in the main ensuite didnt work properly (main overhead shower head dribbled out water), but the handheld sprayer worked and had good pressure. Other than that, which we didnt complain about because we were happy to use the handheld, the stay here was fantastic. It was relatively quiet even with the coming and going of staff, drivers and traffic. The food was good and the pool was clean and refreshing. I loved having access to a washing machine in the villa to do our own washing while staying. Great for families travelling and wanting to stay in the Canggu area.
The main overhead shower head didnt work properly. The diverter worked, however, potentially there were blockages in the shower head to reduce the water output. There was no pressure and about 50% of the holes didnt allow water through.

The staff at the Tui Blue were amazing. They were friendly, polite and always attentive. They looked beautiful in their nationality uniforms/clothes.
Special mention for Yogi, April, Ningsih and Bogi. Thank you.
The areas within the hotel were always spotless and our rooms were cleaned efficiently if you wanted them made up.
Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.
Our room had no hot water for 4 days. The hotel upgraded the water system twice while we were there. We had a hot shower for 2 days but the pressure was non existence on the last day.
We had a leak coming from the ceiling tile and rhe air conditioning vent dripped onto the floor. I will say that the hotel staff came and sorted out issues quickly but you don't expect a Tui hotel to have these sorts of issues especially as the hotel is relatively new.
In the brochure that I was given, it mentioned an amphitheatre ( this was not built and there was supposed to be a market there) and there was no RR Chocolate venue (we were told it was going to be something else). I was looking forward to both of these.
It was a delux room but the balcony was very small and the view was of an abandoned building site! I'm just so glad they weren't building as I think that would of been the last straw.
We thought that Tui would be a great choice as we wanted an enjoyable first holiday in quite a few years.
