I stayed for 15 days; the apartment had three bedrooms, so I shared the space with several other people. I have to say that the place was cleaned almost every day, and everything was left in great condition. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to cook comfortably. There may be homeless people in the surrounding area, but I didn't actually feel unsafe. It is very well located near the Waterfront and Granville stations, so it’s perfect.
Some of the people I was staying with would get up at 5 a.m. to do laundry and use the hair dryer (my room was right next door), while others didn't leave the bathroom very clean, leaving hair on the floor or in the sink.

Very clean and secure. Bed was in its own lockable room even in a shared space. Decently comfortable for the price.
No AC in the room so it was a bit warm even in late September and there were fire alarms beeping periodically in the hall or another room that made it difficult to sleep at times.

Location was nice and close to city requirements for our trip
The view and NO privacy unless blinds were pulled - definately not what was advertised
