Clean and tidy, very comfy beds, everything provided as described . The location was exactly where we needed it for our short visit to see family.
The water was extremely hot and the shower very sensitive to adjust. We were asked to keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm and before 8 am which is perfectly reasonable but the neighbours were all out in the garden chatting and laughing and visitors slamming car doors repeatedly at 3 o’clock in the morning!
Unfortunately our stay coincided with a heat wave, but there were no fans at the property. As only stayed one night ( we had to leave a day early for personal reasons) we did not request any.

Access was easy. Place was lovely. Location was great for what we needed. We will be trying to book again in 6 weeks.
The weather. Not anything to do with the hosts

Convenient to visit family . Quiet . Near station
Could have done with more items to make family meals in kitchen . eg large bowl for salad , garlic press , milk jug , more mugs.

It was nice to have loads of joy drink watchers left. We got there a bit late because of traffic. I was tired and wanted. Hot drink and didn’t want to go out again straight away.
The toilet got blocked. We were looking for a plunger in the morning on Xmas day. But my son got it working again.
