Location was quiet and beautiful. Big spaces, clean and with wonderful garden and surroundings. Very close to Forres and lovely walks and beaches. Had much fun playing in the garden.
Superking bed was unfortunately too soft for us but this is just our preference. Washing machine smelled of mould, which is understandable if not much in use, but still could be easily improved by running a cleaning cycle in between stays every so many weeks. Host has been notified of this. Overall this does not affect our experience and we have alredy booked for next year.
Note for walkers - beware of the Giant Hogweed that unfortunately is everywhere inside/around the estate. Paths are however mostly clean :)

We’ve stayed before and already booked again, it’s perfect for us our daughters in a wheelchair and being on one level is great and her assistant dog was welcome, and plenty of places to visit

Beautiful cottage,spotlessly clean, all that’s missing was a drier
All fine, we had problems getting the wheelchair in but a ramp was provided when we asked ,the little stones are difficult to wheel the wheelchair.
