Very friendly host with plenty of information upfront. Nice place with very stylish furniture and a well equipped kitchen. We loved the location which was ideal for trips to Findhorn Beach, Elgin and Inverness.
If anything the kitchen knives could use some sharpening.

Hosts were lovely and thought of lots of things like leaving milk, eggs, rolls and bananas plus some sweet treats and snacks. We were also very grateful for the tea and coffee facilities. The location was ideal for what we needed and peaceful during our stay and the lodge felt homely and welcoming. Additional bonuses of books and games were a great win for the times our kiddos were exhausted from being out at the beach/forest/castle grounds!
Our personal preference is for firmer mattresses so we found the beds a little uncomfortable but aware others may prefer the softer mattresses.

The lodge was situated in a lovely caravan park very close to Forres. It was very clean and the host left us lovely wee extras. There was plenty of space for myself and 2 kids. A very comfortable stay
