Very nice location, a lots of small restaurants and bars around, close walking to Shinjuku and Korea town. Well connected by subway to other parts of Tokyo. Apartment was relatively big >for Tokyo!< we’ve been in quite a few places around Japan and this was one of the biggest.
Bathroom area could have been resolved better, as it’s relatively big (compared to the rest of the apartment) but doesn’t have the sink. Also downstairs there is prominent sign that says that tourists are not allowed in the building, which I don’t know if it’s official and subject to penalty, or just neighbors complaining but certainly does not feel welcoming

Sehr gute Lage: der Bahnhof Shinjuku mit Ausgehviertel Kabukicho/Golden Gai ist zu Fuß erreichbar oder alternativ mit einer Fahrt von einer Station mit der Yamanote Ringlinie, die auch mit dem JR Railpass benutzt werden kann. Apartment mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht.
Es wäre fein gewesen, wenn im Bad neben der Waschmaschine noch ein Waschbecken vorhanden gewesen wäre und nicht nur eines in der Küche. Zwei getrennte Bettdecken wären feiner als eine einzelne große.

The shower was musty smell, and the wc is not Japanese Style
Also the host wasn’t flexible about a change request that affected our itinerary
