Very great location not far from everything happening and service was chill. Room size was very good for 2. I loved it here
The bed was literally the only thing that was the only thing uncomfortable everything else was just wonderful

Bed was comfortable. Shower was powerful and aircon was good. Location is very central
Rooms are extremely small difficult to move around the room especially if you have luggage. Would like some storage in the room for bags.

Our second time at this excellent hotel. Great location in Shinjuku - close to the train station but on a quieter back street, surrounded by great places to eat. The rooms are so large compared to other Tokyo hotels. Staff are helpful and lovely.

Location was great
It wasn’t very clean, I could smell toilet and the towels smelt bad. There were marks on the walls in the rooms. It’s wasn’t clean at all
