Location was right next to the subway and close to convenience stores. The staff was pleasant, exceptional and very accommodating. The breakfast was adequate with both western and Japanese items. Nice a/c in room.
The rooms were very small so it was difficult to open your suitcase and find a place for things.

Would be good to rotate the choices at breakfast.
£10/¥2000 per person for breakfast was more expensive than other local choices.
