Great hotel. Airport Coach bus is right at the door which makes it easy to avoid a crazy Shinjuku station on arrival or departure day.

We cannot say enough good things about Hotel Groove and staff. They were friendly and helpful upon arrival, throughout our stay, and at departure. The hotel is in a fantastic location. We were concerned about the noise level with the train nearby and being beside the elevator but it was completely peaceful. The amenities were everything you could hope for and more. Everything you needed was in the room. Bonus: slippers, sleepwear and skincare were provided. We were worried the AC wouldn’t be able to keep up with th Tokyo heat and humidity, but even that was flawless. Breakfast has such a wide variety of offerings that there is something for everyone. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!
