Hotel was super busy and everything worked as expected....
Room (2409) booked as a Deluxe Room - was tiny and impacted by constant noise from the Shinjuku Railway Station ... we had 2 suitcases and the tiny room made it not very comfortable .... For an overnight traveller with little uggage - it would be perfect.... For Leisure with Suitcases - not so ... We tried to go to the main restaurant two nights in a row and was turned away ....
