The hotel provides everything mentioned in the descriptions and more. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful even thought it's only 2 minute walk away from all the busy streets. It's really clean and fresh. Room is beautiful and the bed was comfy, the bath has an option for bubbles and TV provides a lot of movies (also +18). We enjoyed the croffles, Korean food, tacos, free drinks, book corner, massage chairs and feet bath. You can take free face masks and other beauty supplies. You can even rent pretty flower dresses! Unfortunately we didn't have time to reserve a free Onsen. It was our first time in a love hotel and we really wanted to try it out in Japan, we're sure that this was the right choice. We will definitely keep this hotel as our main option when visiting Japan again and recommend it for other couples.

Amazing location only 4 minutes from the station, so many amenities, free bar, ample snacks, wonderful baths, foot baths and the staff were so kind and helpful even with the language barrier
The curtains over the beds in the smokers rooms could do with a refresh alongside the linen

Staff did not offer the usual Japanese-level customer service (ignored customers, no morning or evening greetings).
Paid almost double the price because it was NYE - terrible value for money.
The property is in a prime tourist hot spot, so I guess many foreigners stay here. However it was challenging as only some things are bilingual. For example, the full serve-yourself bar had no English signage, making it confusing if one could help oneself to the bar, and secondly not having any idea what was in all the bottles. In—room tech was also difficult to navigate.
