It is a private house that is now used for travelers. This house was much bigger than any hotels or apartments that we stayed at in Japan. I loved the proximity to this green line JR Yananote (Shin-Okubu) from the Shinujku hub. It is in the K-Town of Tokyo which is very lively and crowded, but the house is tucked away from the crowded streets, so the house was peaceful. Mr. Taka greeted us and showed us the lay of the land. I loved the washing machine and the dryer vent as we travel very light with only carryon luggage. Everything was provided (paper towels, detergent, toothbrush, razor, comb, etc). The two bedrooms were excellent for privacy and I loved the tatami bed room. All of us slept very well with air conditioners in each room.
There are so many places to eat, and there’s Santoku and Coop supermarkets which is a short walk. Santoku sells a lot of ready made food as well as the Coop.
We had a very relaxing and lovely stay. We stayed on the second floor and there is a set of steep stairs, but it did not deter us from enjoying our stay as the interior was very bright. I highly recommend this place in lieu of regular hotels.

Tesis yöneticileri çok ilgili idi, iletişim kanalları her zaman açık ve yardımcılardı. Evin lokasyonu Shin Okuba istasyonuna çok yakın, yürüyerek Shinjuku'ya da gidebilirsiniz. Çevresinde çok sayıda restaurant ve market var. 4 kişi için yeterli konaklama imkanı mevcut. Soğutma, banyo, tuvalet, çamaşır hizmetleri gayet yeterli. Sessiz bir lokasyon ve gayet konforlu.
Televizyonlarda uluslararası kanallar olmaması iyi miydi kötümüydü bilemedim. Aslında tatil için biraz haberlerden uzak durmakta da fayda var.

Sehr schönes, großzügig geschnittenes Appartement in ruhiger Lage. Perfekt für bis zu sechs Personen. Gute Lage, fußläufig zu Shinjuku. Sehr freundlicher und reaktiver Vermieter. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
