Excellent location in the heart of Shinjuku, close to everything. Spotlessly clean rooms and a really pleasant vibe. The staff was lovely and everything felt well thought out.
Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

The styling and vibe! the free ice cream and champagne was incredible! and the complementary spa was a lovely experience. The facility was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and in a great location close to public transport
