La tranquillité, l’emplacement incroyable! Tout près de la station Shinjuku-ochame, très pratique. Le personnel très disponible et sympathique !
Espace un peu petit, pas beaucoup de places pour les valises, mais nous le savions d’avance vu les indications des dimensions sur la page:)

The room (“slow room”) was spotless and beautifully designed, and the whole property felt incredibly calm and quiet, a real haven in the middle of Tokyo. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful. What really stood out was how smooth and autonomous the check-in/check-out process was, entirely handled via QR code, making our arrival and departure fast and effortless.
Nothing in particular. The stay went smoothly from start to finish.

チェックインもチェックアウトもQRコードでスムーズに出来てアメニティだったり、レンタルの充実もすごくてとっても過ごしやすかったです！！次はサウナだけも利用したいと思いました

De locatie van het hotel was prettig. De kamer was mooi en het bed was prettig.
De prijs kwaliteit verhouding. De kamer werd niet schoongemaakt. We moesten zelf om toiletpapier en schone handdoeken vragen.
Daarnaast was mijn koffer stuk gegaan, ik vroeg of ik deze bij hen achter kon laten. Dat was goed maar hier moest ik wel 3.000 yen voor betalen. Op zich kan ik daar iets van begrijpen maar vond het bedrag behoorlijk voor de vraag.
Mijn reisgenoot had hetzelfde bij een ander hotel en daar gingen ze er veel coulanter mee om.
